Introduce us to your band!

We’re both named Ben. Both from New Jersey.

How did you guys start out?

The two of us had been playing in a pretty lame 4 piece prior to Mikita. Upon the other members of our previous project leaving, we decided to stay as a 2 piece and make something weird.

Describe your band’s sound.

Aggressive, noisy, cathartic as hell.

What influences your craft?

Old school punk sounds, DIY ethics, absolute expressionism at all costs.

What makes your project different?

A level of authenticity and bare-bones raw feeling that we feel is seriously lacking in extreme music of today.

When introducing people to your music, what song should I show them first? What is your quintessential track?

Negative off our recently released full length “DIE YUNG”. The caveman riffs and pessimism on that track encapsulate our goal as a band.

What has been the biggest struggle in your career so far?

Not getting assassinated by the U.S. government yet.

What has been the biggest highlight in your career so far?

Being told us flailing around and making an ass of ourselves every weekend is a “career”

in a WaveByte interview.

How bright is the future of your band – what are the plans?

About as bleak as anyone else’s future our age, but we have two releases planned

for 2020 as well as a North Eastern U.S. tour.

When all is said and done, how would you like to be remembered?

A waste of time.

Thanks for taking the time to talk to us!

Thanks for hearing what we’ve got to say LIVE YUNG DIE YUNG
